License Requirements C-11 Liquidated Damages $500 per Calendar Day Project Duration On-going, up to 5 year contract. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total. Contractor shall provide labor, material and resources as necessary to maintain all equipment under this agreement in top mechanical and safe operating condition. All services and repair work shall be performed by trained maintenance and repair personnel directly employed and supervised by the Contractor, except as otherwise expressly provided in this specification. All repair work and adjustments shall be performed by a State of California Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM).
