The Town of Smithers is seeking a Contractor to supply labour and materials for the renovation of a bathroom at the Fire Hall All work to be completed by December 15, 2024. Construct bathroom as per provided plans. Worksite safety for crew and the public is of highest importance. Contractor to coordinate and schedule all work with Firehall staff. Contractor to coordinate with sub trades as required. Set up barriers and signage to keep public away from work areas. Maintain clear egress routes through office. Leave job site clean daily The Town of Smithers reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all quotations, or to accept the quotation deemed most favourable in the interest of the Town. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
