City is soliciting Bids from select, qualified contractors for the SE Bay Street Sidewalk Improvements Project. The scope of work includes the construction of approximately 2,800 SF of sidewalk with approximately 530 FT of concrete curb, sanitary sewer lateral and water service stubs and power conduit for future construction, reconfiguration of Coho Parking Lot impacted by proposed sidewalk improvements, and other work as shown in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be October 28, 2024, and work shall be substantially completed within 120 Calendar Days with punch list and final completion 150 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The engineer's estimate is approximately $396,000. Project Location: SE Bay Street from US Hwy 101 to Cook Avenue Depoe Bay, OR, 97341 Bidders must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a Contract with City. No Bid shall be considered unless the Bidder is registered and in good standing with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, may reject for good cause any and all Bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and may waive any and all informalities.
