Responses to this RFI will be used by Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) to inform future recycling processing Operations, Marketing and Reporting standards, focused on Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) processing goals. Our stakeholders are the City of Seattle residential customers as well as Seattle Public Utilities Solid Waste Plan strategic goals. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit input from the recycling industry and community regarding Solid Waste’s solicitation for its future Recycling Processing Contract.
