This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for INFORMATION & MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This IS NOT a request for proposals, quotations, or bids. Responses to this request will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of NSWCPD to use this information for market research purposes only. The survey is being conducted to determine the interest of industry within NAICS code 238210, and to establish that there are adequate large and/or small business contractors for providing the work described below. The Government WILLNOT pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any Respondents for the development of any such information. This RFI Notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes. If a formal solicitation is released for competitive proposals, it will be via SAM.gov. Building 1000 - SUBSTATIONS VENTILATION AND DDC MONITORING Please see the attached DRAFT SOW for a full description of project requirements. The Government is considering soliciting a single award construction, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify sources available to perform the project listed above and work identified within the Draft SOW.
