The R.M. of Glenside No. 377 (R.M.) is accepting tenders for the extraction, crushing and stockpiling of 16,000 cubic yards of 3/4 " road gravel from 2 pits located within our R.M. The contractor shall provide all labour and equipment to perform the work as specified. Once the Gravel has been stockpiled, the R.M. will have it surveyed by a qualified engineer. Payment will be made within 30 days of confirmed measurement of the pile. The R.M. would welcome a start date before freeze up if possible and would like the work completed by March of 2025. All Tenders are to include: - Price for Crushing per cubic yard of 3/4 " gravel. - Mobilization fee, and any other itemized cost. - Expected start and completion dates - Proof of $2 million liability insurance - Clearance Certificate from Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board -Two business related references for similar crushing work previously done (no personal references will be accepted) The R.M. reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and anything necessary to complete the work indicated in this document.
