Reference Number 0000363434 October 28 Contract approval The city needs to replace the outdated security cameras currently installed in several municipal buildings, as they no longer provide the level of surveillance required for effective monitoring. Furthermore, there is a need to install new, advanced security cameras at strategically important locations throughout the city. This will ensure comprehensive coverage and significantly enhance public spaces and city infrastructure's overall safety and security. Aloisi Council Chambers at Lincoln Park City Hall, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Camera systems will need to be upgraded/installed at the following locations: City Hall, 1355 Southfield Fire Department, 1355 Cleophus Community Center/Youth Center Park (restrooms), 3525 Dix Kennedy Memorial Building/Senior Center, 3240 Ferris Department of Public Services, 500 Southfield Animal Shelter, 500 Russell Council Point Park (restrooms), 3213 River Drive Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan made payable to the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan, as security for the proper execution of the contract. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after the date of bid opening. The City of Lincoln Park reserves the right to waive any irregularity, accept or reject any or all bids, accept or reject partial bids, split any or all bids, and accept proposals that are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the City of Lincoln Park.
