(RFQ) #2409Chemeketa Community College requests electronic Proposals from qualified Proposers for Site Planning and Facility Design Services for the Building 7 (Gymnasium) Remodel as described in the Solicitation Document on file at the College in Procurement Services, Bldg. 2, Rm. 202, 4000 Lancaster Drive NE, Salem OR 97305. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Proposers must acknowledge receipt of all addenda. Proposals received by any means other than electronic may be rejected and returned unopened. Proposals submitted electronically to any email address other than procurement@chemeketa.edu may be rejected and returned to the Proposer unopened. Timely delivery of Proposals shall be determined by the date and time of receipt logged in the procurement@chemeketa.edu email. Such endorsement shall be conclusive proof of the date and time of receipt of the Proposal. Proposals may be rejected for failure to comply with the rules adopted by the Local Public Contract Review Board concerning the submission of Proposals, or failure to comply with the requirements of this RFQ. The College reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals upon a finding it is in the public interest to do so. The College reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor informalities in Proposals submitted provided that such informalities have no effect on price, quality, quantity, fitness, delivery and confer no material advantage on the Proposer whose nonconformity is waived. Proposer shall state on the Response Form whether Proposer is a "resident bidder."
