The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m., October 24, 2024, for the following: Providing all materials, equipment and labor for the Progressive Design/Build Services for the Fowler WFR Return Flow to Lake Lanier- Phase 2: Pump Station and Facility The Fowler WRF Return Flow to Lake Lanier project is funded with federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State Fiscal Recovery Fund for Water and Sewer Infrastructure, Grant GA-0008846 and the ARPA Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds. The Grant's Terms and Conditions are included in the solicitation documents. Contractors shall comply with all the requirements established in the solicitation documents. Question Deadline 10/16/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Last day for questions electronically. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security or Certified Check drawn in favor of the Board of Commissioners of Forsyth County, Georgia, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the proposal for the complete work: such Proposal Security representing that the Proposer, if awarded a contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish Performance Bond, in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) full penal sum of the Contract and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the Contract, as provided by law. The Proposal Security shall be forfeited to the Board of Commissioners of Forsyth County, Georgia, as liquidated damages if the Proposer fails to execute the contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after being notified of award of the Contract. No Proposer may withdraw their proposal within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
