The scope of work consists of inspection and maintenance services of the fire protection equipment at Lihue Airport. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractor's "C-20" License at the time of bidding. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. Verbal RFI(s) shall not receive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be provided for clarification and information only and issued by formal addendum.
