The City of Flint is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services encompassing the design and construction of a new pavilion at Ophelia Bonner Park (Parcel 4730376001) and the replacement of the roof on the existing pavilion at Dewey Park (Parcel 4636428060). New Pavilion at Ophelia Bonner Park: o Pavilion Size: 40'x50' o Column Height: 8' o Engineered Drawings and Calculations for structural integrity. o Concrete Pad foundation o Roof Type: Multi-RIB for durability o Clearance: 7'-6" for adequate space o Roof Eave Height (REF): 10'-11" for proper drainage Effective immediately upon release of these Bidding Documents, and until notice of contract award, all official communications from proposers regarding the requirements of this Bid shall be directed to: Lauren Rowley 810-766-7340 lrowley@cityofflint.com All written questions shall be directed Lauren Rowley, Purchasing Manager by Thursday, October 3, 2024, by 10am EST to lrowley@cityofflint.com. The City of Flint has the right to correct, modify or cancel the RFP, in whole or in part, or to reject any Bid, in whole or in part, within the discretion of the City of Flint, or their designee. If any such changes are made, all known recipients of the RFP will be sent a copy of such changes.
