Trail and University Blvd. Pedestrian Grade Separation. The Objective of the Project is to Construct a Grade Separation for Bicyclists and Pedestrians on the C-470 Trail to Cross Over University Boulevard North of the C-470 Westbound on and Off Ramps. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All Questions Are Due to Brolin Bundy P.e., Project Engineer . The Project Includes the Following Major Items and Approximate Quantities: o 479 Sy Removal of Sidewalk o 105 Lf Removal of Curb and Gutter o 4,375 Sf Sod o 267 Ton Aggregate Base Course (Class 6) o 53,141 Lb Reinforcing Steel Prior to Submitting a Bid Proposal, Bidders Shall Have Received Prequalification Status (Active Status) With the Colorado Department of Transportation to Bid on Individual Projects of the Size and Kind of Work as Set Forth Herein. The Bridge Will Be a Three-span Pre-fabricated Truss With Precast Concrete Girders for the Approach Spans on Concrete Piers. Additional Work Includes Trail Modifications to Tie Into the Existing Trail System, Curb and Gutter, Curb Ramps, and Drainage Improvements. The Contractor Awarded a Contract for This Project Shall Name Cdot and Douglas County as an "additional Insured" on Its General Liability and Automobile Liability Policies.
