Site Directions: Project begins approximately 1/2 mile west of the Town of Hobart and extends west along Iris Road for approximately 2 miles. Relocate existing 2" waterline which conflicts with ODOT State Job No. 28712(04) in Kiowa County. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and addressed to: WDB ENGINEERING P.L.L.C. 6330 S.E. 74 TH Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73135 Question Deadline 10/04/2024 This project is 100% funded by ODOT and the Rural Water District will wait for ODOT reimbursement to pay the Contractor. Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. No bid will be accepted more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
