The vehicle storage building will consist of a 14,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building that will be sub-divided into a wash bay and vehicle storage bays. The building will utilize interior metal stud framing to sub-divide the spaces. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall and roof panels. 1) The vehicle storage building is listed as Alternate No. 1, refer to specification Section 01 23 00 Alternates. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paging system, and fire suppression systems shall be included under this contract.
