The City of St. Louis is soliciting sealed bids for the purpose of a contract agreement with a qualified company to provide alarm monitoring and maintenance in City of St. Louis facilities for several different City departments. The successful bidder will be responsible for the installation, monitoring and the maintenance of burglar and/or fire alarm systems. The City seeks to enter into a three (3) year contract with a company to perform the following services: The Contractor shall be responsible for everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and supplies, vehicles, transportation services and educational services required. The contractor shall secure all necessary permits to perform the work as outlined and shall pay all permits costs and inspections fees, including, but not limited to a City of St. Louis Business License, and shall also obtain tax clearance from the Collector of Revenue of the City of St. Louis.
