Scope: Tenant improvement modifications to a 6,000 SF portion of the existing Apple Blossom Center Incubator Building located at 131 S. Apple Blossom Dr., for use as a Specialty Care Clinic. Modifications include selective demolition; new interior metal framed walls with GWB, including some lead lined walls; new ACT ceiling systems; new HM frames, wood doors and hardware; various finishes including paint, vinyl plank flooring, carpet, ceramic tiles, RFP; new plumbing including infrastructure and fixtures; new mechanical systems; sidewalks and crosswalks; additionally, within the Hospital at 110 S Apple Blossom Dr, replacement of four swing doors with sliding barn doors; and other work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
