The Miles GST is located at approximately 7614 N. FM 1692, Miles, TX 76861 (GPS Coordinates: 31.551318, - 100.77869), and the San Angelo GST is located at approximately 7218 N. US 87, San Angelo, TX 76901 (GPS Coordinates: 31.548788, -100.501112). The purpose of this advertisement is to notify a group of qualified contractors that the Colorado River Municipal Water District (the "District" or "CRMWD") is requesting proposals for the construction of the following project: PHASE I - Miles and San Angelo Tank Cleaning This project consists of the removal of debris from two - 8 million gallon ground storage tanks (one tank located north of San Angelo, TX, and another tank located south of Miles, TX). The allowable timeframe for this work is November 15, 2024 - December 31, 2024. Any questions concerning this advertisement, any addenda or related to the Contract documents should be addressed to: Allison Strube (432) 267 - 6341 astrube@crmwd.org The Security amount shall be five (5) percent of the total amount of the proposal. No Proposer shall withdraw a proposal within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful proposer as required by Chapter 2253 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE. All portions of the project are scheduled to be at final completion by no later than 01/10/2025. The District, as Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals for any reason.
