The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this sources sought noticeto identify potential businesses that possess the required systems, expertise, capabilities and experience to provide inspection, maintenance and repair services for two (2) TRANE air cooled chillers at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Please refer to Scope and Objective below and the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any resultantcontractwill be issued by The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Government is seeking to identify potential small businesses that can satisfy this requirement at the contractor level under NAICS Code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Potential small business concerns should be able to perform regularly scheduled weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual inspections and service tasks. The contractor shall perform maintenance and repair services as may be needed and approved, on two (2) TRANE chillers, identified as "1A-RFF-ACH02" and 1A-RFF-ACH03," located at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contractor shall perform a one-time repair CLIN for work described in Section 5.3 of this PWS, to be completed within 120 days of contract award. All inspections, service and repair work shall be performed by manufacturer-trained and certified service technician(s) and per manufacturer standards, requirements and recommendations, and all other applicable codes as referenced under Part 6 - Applicable Standards of the PWS. Objective:Ensure that the two (2) TRANE chillers are inspected and serviced to maintain optimal systems' functionality and availability for operation. All work performed as part of this service contract shall be documented in order to maintain a historical service record of the work and the equipment as of the start of this contract period of performance. These records shall be provided to the government after completion of each service activity performed by the contractor. Any deficiencies identified during the course of executing this service shall be immediately brought to the attention of the Government COR to determine proper action. Contractor shall provide detailed reports of each site visit, including all recommendations for any additional maintenance which may be completed only upon government review and government approval of contractor-provided proposal. Response to any unscheduled service calls shall be provided in a timely manner and no later than 72 hours from notification. Also, per 1.2.3 above, and 5.3 below, a one-time repair.
