Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to build and install four awnings on Hangar 332 to protect the entry/exit doorways from falling ice and snow. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions section. Payment & Performance Bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000. Work performed in conjunction with this contract is subject the State of Alaska Prevailing Wage Determination: Title 36. Public Contracts AS 36.05 & AS 36.10 Wage & Hour Administration Pamphlet No. 600 Use State wage rages that are in effect 10 days prior to quote due date. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, quotes, offers, or parts thereof and to waive any informality in the bid or quote process or offer received, when in the best interest of the University to do so.
