This request for qualifications and solutions (the "RFQS") is issued by Fraser Health for the purpose of procuring Long Term Care Services in the Fraser Health Region from Non-Profit Providers that requires the Rejuvenation and Expansion of a building from which Long Term Care Services are currently provided for Fraser Health. Fraser Health is seeking Responses and Solution Proposals from Non-Profit Providers for Rejuvenation and Expansion that would result in the replacement, rebuilding or substantial renovation of existing buildings where funded Long Term Care Services are currently provided and the expansion of bed capacity. Fraser Health is specifically targeting Rejuvenation and Expansion for Long Term Care Services delivered by Non-Profit Providers at existing buildings that do not meet Fraser Health's current Building Requirements and where building deficiencies have a significant impact on the delivery of Long Term Care Services. As Rejuvenation and Expansion would involve the replacement of currently funded beds at existing buildings in addition to the procurement of additional Long Term Care Services for net new funded beds at newly constructed or renovated Facilities, Fraser Health may replace approximately 600 funded beds where Long Term Care Services are currently provided for Fraser Health and procure Long Term Care Services for approximately 295 net new funded beds, distributed in each of the following Health Service Delivery Areas as follows: Fraser East: approximately 350 beds Fraser North: approximately 325 beds Fraser South: approximately 220 beds Documents can be obtained from https://fraserhealth.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities
