County of Mohave, Arizona is soliciting bids for Construction services to build the fiber optic infrastructure in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond of 10% of the bid amount pursuant to ARS 34-201. IFB questions are due October 8, 2024. Award will be made with by written notification to the successful bidder. County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to withhold the award for any reason. Lake Havasu Area Locations: o Mohave County Administration Building located at 2001 College Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 o Mohave County Library Lake Havasu Branch located at 1770 McCulloch Blvd N, Lake Havasu City, AZ 8640 Competitive sealed submittals for the material or service specified in this solicitation must be submitted through the County's online bidding system or received by mail or physical delivery at the Procurement Department at 700 W. Beale Street. No late submittals will be accepted. Reponses submitted by facsimile or email will not be considered. Offerors are cautioned to commence the submittal process sufficiently ahead of time to allow for unanticipated delays resulting from things like a slow internet connection, internet outage, difficulty uploading large documents, differing system requirements, etc. Questions about this solicitation must be addressed to the responsible Procurement Officer listed above.
