Project Description 1 Work for this project includes but is not limited to the stripping of damaged material of 63 Buckmasters Circle St. John's. Work for this project is as specified herein and referred to in the specifications. 2 The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. All items to be supply and install unless otherwise noted. Contractor responsible for damage caused during construction. Before submitting a quote, bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the site of the proposed work to fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations. No claim will be entertained or allowed for any labour, materials or other extras that may be required for the proper execution and completion of the contract, which could have been determined by site examination.
