This project is tied with City of Lincoln Project 240167. To be eligible for award of this contract, bidders shall submit a completed bidding proposal for this Project and City of Lincoln Project 240167. Award of the contracts, if awarded, will be based on the combined low bid for all contracts. Separate contracts will be awarded for each project. If one of the projects does not move forward to construction, the project moving forward will be awarded to the low bidder of that project only. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Questions regarding the meaning, interpretation or clarification of any solicitation provision should be submitted through Ebid under the Questions tab. The Owner is not obligated to respond to questions that are received after the Question Cutoff date and time in Ebid. I acknowledge that a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required with the signed contract upon award of this job. The Contractor shall begin construction of this project beginning in Fall 2024. Contractor shall have a total of 60 calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Substantial completion for Phase 1 work and 120 calendar days from the Beginning of Phase 2 Work date to achieve substantial completion of Phase 2 work on the project. Weather dependent, work on Phase 2 could begin prior to Match 1, 2025 if City approval is given.
