All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, starting on or after the University's Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller. Facilities Design & Construction /University at Buffalo, 119 John Beane Center, Buffalo, New York 14260 (by appointment only - please call 716-645-2612) Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding will be available on or about September 20, 2024. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
