Reference Number 0000362798 The Village of Croton-on-Hudson wishes to develop a "labor only" contract for the exterior framing and window installation of the EMS addition at the Harmon Firehouse. The Village's objective is to provide all materials necessary to the contractor in order to compete the work described on the approved plans. This contract is intended as LABOR ONLY. The Village of Croton-on-Hudson will supply all materials needed to perform the work. Other than labor, the contractor will be expected to use their own tools, scaffolding, and any specialty equipment needed to complete project. o The Village, under a separate contract, is currently installing the footings and foundation walls for the proposed addition. All foundation work will be completed prior to the work being performed in this contract. o Village will supply all studs, hardware, sheeting and windows required to perform this work. o Contractor will frame the entire first floor as shown on the drawings. o The Village will then install the floor joists and slab supporting the second floor (not part of this contract). o Contractor will then return and complete the remainder of the framing, installation of the exterior sheeting, and window installation.
