Wayne Rd. All questions will be answered via email on time who signed in for the mandatory walk-through. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for the interior painting of Wayne City Hall. The successful bidder shall be required to supply the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools & supplies and insurance to complete the scope of work in a timely manner. Moving and Replacing of all Furniture and Appliances as Needed All furniture and appliances that will need to be moved to facilitate the painting of the walls and trim will be done so by the contractor. Flooring, Furniture, and Appliance protection The contractor shall take the necessary precautions to ensure all flooring, furniture, and appliances stay free of any and all paint and debris. Paint and Trim The paint color for the walls and trim shall be Sherwin-Williams (SW 7065 Argos) for the walls in a matte finish and (SW 7006 Extra White) for the trim and the closets in a satin finish as approved by the City Manager or their designee. A minimum of two coats of paint are to be applied to the walls and trim. Trim must be properly taped off or covered. All left over paint shall become the property of the City of Wayne. Repairs The contractor shall repair any walls that are in such need to be painted as well as any damages caused from the moving of any furniture and appliances. All radiators for baseboard heating are to be prepped and painted to match the walls. All interior base molding and specific chair molding is to be removed and disposed and any wall defects fixed. All debris must be hauled away by the contractor. Working Hours The contractor may be required to work evenings into the early morning or on the weekend.
