PROPERTY INFORMATION REPORT FOR PARCEL 3105-191-11-0000 Requests for Clarification of the process or the documents may be submitted by email, Gil.Rios@pfm.sbcounty.gov, no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST), Monday, September 30, 2024. The project will be located on County owned lots on Palmdale Road just east of Cobalt Road and at the southern portion of 13333 Palmdale Road in the City of Victorville and San Bernardino County. The Campus will consist of fourteen (14) buildings. The Project will include nine (9) buildings and will use the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Round 5 grant and a grant match using County departmental funds. The remaining five (5) buildings will use the Community Care Expansion (CCE) grant and a grant match using Departmental funds. The treatment housing structures and the Behavioral Health Comprehensive Treatment Campus' (BHCTC) 74,713 square feet will be located on the 29.47-acre site that will comprise the majority of the Campus. The facility will be occupied by the following entity: Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). The following includes the approximate program spaces: Agency GSF DBH 74,713 SF _____________ Total: 74,713 SF The project includes a new secure BHCTC facility, which will contain Residential Treatment Buildings (quantity of 8), Community Building (quantity of 1), Adolescent Residential Treatment/Psychiatric Residential Treatment buildings (quantity of 2), Withdrawal Management buildings (quantity of 2), and Recreation/Activity Building (quantity of 1). For the purposes of this Request for Qualifications, preliminary schematic plans and site information is included as Exhibits A.1, A.2, A.3, and A.4. The basis for the D-B Entity's contract and completion of the design will be Level of Design (LOD) 200 Revit Based Design Development Bridging Documents provided by the County. The Bridging Documents will be included in the forthcoming Request for Proposal for Pre-Qualified D-B Entities which will be released to selected D-B Entities.
