Snow Removal Services. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed verbally to the Procurement Officer or the designee; however, the Procurement Officer reserves the right to require that the vendor submit the question in writing. All questions should be submitted in a timely manner to the Procurement Officer The initial term of this contract shall be for two (2) years starting November 1, 2024 and ending October 31, 2026, with CSU reserving the right to exercise at its sole option of three (3), one (1) year renewals. No price escalation will be allowed during the original term of this contract. The proposed start date of the contract will be November 1, 2024. Performance Bond: Yes Payment Bond: Yes A 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall be required and shall be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of execution of the Form of Agreement between University and Contractor in an amount equal to the contract sum. Bids are to be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days following the closing date for this IFB. This period may be extended by written mutual agreement between the vendor and the University. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids submitted in response to this IFB are irrevocable for 120 days from the bid due date. Any submitted modifications to the bid are irrevocable for 120 days from the date of submission, and the new time period includes the original response. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Bidders are encouraged to visit the campus to inspect the areas designated for snow removal as shown in the drawing. No appointment is required.
