The proposed site rebuild is anticipated to include a new building, vehicle parking, and a grade-level marine fueling facility. The Fueling Facility shall provide above ground storage with underground and above ground piping of gasoline and diesel fuels for marina customers. The fueling system shall be designed in accordance with NYS Building Codes, NYS Fire Codes, NYS DEC and Westchester County Health Department (WCHD) regulations, and Federal EPA guidelines Each bid must be accompanied by a DEPOSIT in the form of certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price (CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). Bid Bonds are NOT accepted for bid deposit. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The original Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be submitted to the City representative prior to the beginning of the Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting. The City recommends taking a copy of the Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement for your records.
