MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL, VICTOR, IOWA, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2024 The city council met in special session at City Hall at 6:02 P.M. Present were council members, Faga, Robinson, Smith and Sternhagen, present via phone, Scholtus. Mayor Eric Refer called the meeting to order. Motion Robinson, second Smith to approve a bid from S&S plumbing for $12,215.00 to replace and install a new air conditioning and furnace unit at the Post Office building, located at 105 Washington St. Victor, IA. Aye: Faga, Robinson, Scholtus, Smith and Sternhagen. Nay: None. Motion Carried Motion Robinson, second Sternhagen to adjourn the meeting. Aye: Faga, Robinson, Scholtus, Smith and Sternhagen.
