The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide resurfacing services of ten (10) existing tennis courts and a walkway at Richard C. Park. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. 1. Clean ten tennis court (located in the back) and the walkways as necessary in preparation for resurfacing. 2. Fill all structural cracks with E-330 crack filler or similar to be approved by owner. 3. Install 6,000' of crack repair system over agreed upon cracks on the ten tennis courts and the walkway between the courts. The Premium crack repair system should consist of an application of a crack isolation tape over the existing cracks. This tape is held in place with two separate fabric overlays and a fiberglass membrane perimeter. A five year warranty against the treated cracks recurring should be included. Awarded Contractor should use a pure acrylic adhesive product (this is the primary acrylic in tennis court paint). Do not use an acrylic resurfacer as the adhesive as that is a diluted product and is more prone to delamination of the crack repair. 4. Apply one coat of black acrylic resurfacer. 5. Apply two coats of fortified Acrytech TM full acrylic playing surface. Acrytech (TM) Player's Choice colors to be selected by Owner. 6. Stripe ten regulation tennis courts using two coats of texturized white line paint. 7. Paint the existing net posts, rehang existing nets and clean work site thoroughly Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
