The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the "Authority") is soliciting Trade Contractor Services for the Hynes AHUs and Switchgears Upgrades, a 9-phased approach will be to replace internal parts of the AHUs and the current control systems, as well as completely replace the switchboards, with an estimated cost of $35,000,000 located at 900 Boylston Street. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, sections 1 thru 13, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent Trade Contractors to provide services to implement the construction, between the Summer of 2024 through Spring of 2029. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. c.149A.
