Clay County is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to provide tenting and fumigation services at the following location: 334 Gano Avenue Orange Park, FL 32073 If any additional services are requested from the homeowner, the Contractor will be required to notify the County Project Manager or designee. No additional services shall be performed until the contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. The residence was built in 1966. It is one-story with 1,529 gross square footage The County reserves the right to approve all subcontractors for this contract. If subcontractors are to be utilized, the subcontractors must possess an active and valid license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the appropriate category. Subcontractors may be added during the contract period only with PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION from the County, and only for reasonable cause, as judged by the County. Responsibility for the performance of the contract remains with the main Contractor exclusively. If the awarded Contractor fails to maintain acceptable product quality or to perform adequately in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established in this Request for Quotes, the County reserves the right to cancel the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor.
