In an effort to maintain the integrity of this sensitive site, all excavation and trucking will occur within a narrow corridor approaching the remnant quarry and within the confines of the existing interior quarry walls. All debris must be removed from the site and disposed of properly (proof required). All cut trees and shrubs that are generated from the removal process must be staged/ stockpiled within the quarry walls as directed by the Metroparks project manager. The removal of this woody debris is not part of the project and will be removed by Metroparks at a later date. Work must be completed by February 28, 2025. EACH BIDDER MUST FURNISH a bid guaranty either in the form of (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid with its bid.
