Reference Number 0000357326 The CONTRACT Documents provide for the construction of Bid 10031 EPIC Ice Rink LED Lighting Retrofit. The Work is to remove, replace, and properly recycle/dispose of the existing lighting above both ice rinks at EPIC with LED lighting fixtures. A successful Bidder will provide a total lump sum cost to complete the project turn-key, by providing the materials, labor and equipment to complete the project. The project is funded by a grant awarded to the City of Fort Collins by the Department of Energy. The expected construction time to complete the project is fourteen (14) days for Substantial Completion from date of Notice to Proceed and seven (7) days for Substantial Completion.
