The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking qualified Respondents for an agency-wide Cameras-as-a-Service Implementation (CaaS) across the 48 estates noted in this RFP. As defined, CMHA envisions CaaS as an avenue to bring a modern security camera system to approximately 48 total locations. These 48 locations vary in property age, property types, design, building systems, and available network infrastructure. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. Question Deadline 10/10/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions will be received in writing via email at cousotrigoy@cmha.net. Responses to all questions will be posted as an addendum and posted to CMHA's website at online. Minority-Owned Business Enterprise goal of 20% Female-Owned Business Enterprise goal of 10% The contract term for CaaS implementation is subject to a final agreement between CMHA and the Respondent. The contract length is anticipated to be between 3 and 7 years. The Respondent shall propose a potential contract term(s) in their response. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes.
