Estimate: $4.3 Million Question Deadline 10/01/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be directed to Mitali Mandlekar, Park Project Manager II (817) 728.3387 or mitali.mandlekar@mansfieldtexas.gov .The deadline for questions A Cashier's Check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Mansfield, Texas, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as required by state law, must accompany the bid. The bid checklist must also accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds and insurance as detailed in the Contract Documents. Scope Scope of work for Geyer Commons- Phase 1 Development includes, construction of new asphalt parking, access drive, (12)prefab maker spaces, concrete walkways, entry portals, irrigated open space, synthetic turf area, vertical water jets (programmed) splashpad, restroom/pump room building, shade structures, site furnishings, lighting, electrical, infrastructure and landscape improvements. Bid Proposal must be submitted on the forms bound within the bidding documents. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of forty-five days (45) days from the date bids are opened. The right to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities is hereby reserved by the Owner
