The Project consists of the demolition of 2 vacant residential buildings located at 160 Butler St Pittston, PA and 273 North Main St, Pittston, PA including disconnection and termination of existing utilities, erosion and sediment controls, maintenance and protection of traffic, removal of foundations and backfill and stabilization of the site, removal and disposal of waste including asbestos and lead materials, and related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
