This project is currently underway, with the pathway near completion. This Request for quote/ tender is for applying asphalt to the build. Originally in May a tender was issued for the build including asphalt, the response received was over 3xs the budget available so the project was rescoped and re-tendered with asphalt. This was awarded in the summer and work started immediately, now additional funding has been secured (with a tight timeline) and we are attempting to add asphalt to the current path. The documents attached to this call are inclusive of the entire project/ build, but the request is specific to the asphalt component of the pathway development. Pleas review all documents, but realize you are bidding only on the asphalt component as outlined in the schedule of work.
