Lamplighters Way Pump Station Gate Valve Replacement. The Scope of Work Includes Replacing the Segment of Force Main That Currently Runs Through the Culvert Located at Lamplighters Way With New Pipe and Flow Path, as Well as Replacing an Overflow Drain Gate Valve Located at the Lamplighters Way Pump Station and Other Appurtenances. Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cash, Certified Check, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Payable to the Owner, is Required in the Amount of Five Percent of the Bid, in Accordance With Instructions to Bidders. All Bids for This Project Are Subject to Applicable Bidding Laws M.g.l. Chapter 30, Section 39m as Amended. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of General Bid, Agreement Plans, Specifications, Performance and Payment Bonds. . Interested Bidders Will Be Prompted to Register an Email Address With Accent to Access the Documents. The Selected Contractor Shall Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in Amount at Least Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price as Stipulated in General Conditions of These Specifications. Prevailing Wage Rates as Determined by the Director of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development Under the Provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27h, as Amended Apply to This Project. It is the Responsibility of the Bidder, Before Bid Opening, to Request if Necessary, Any Additional Information on Prevailing Wage Rates for Those Trades People Who May Be Employed for the Proposed Work Under This Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities in Bids and to Reject Any or All Bids.
