The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued Solicitation FA469024Q0074, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 89th ATKS Carpet and Flooring Replacement requirement.
