The Hotel Roanoke Conference Center Commission and the Hotel Roanoke, L.L.C. hereby invite Bids pursuant to VA. CODE ANN. 2.2-4301 from firms and persons to supply and install a new dry storage walk-in cooler/freezer at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in place of one of the existing hydronic cooler/freezer. Questions or comments concerning this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to Mr. Oliveira. SCOPE: The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center seeks sealed bids from responsible bidders for the purchase and installation of a walk-in cooler/ freezer. INSTALLATION Contractor to sign in and out at Security daily. B. Install new walk-in cooler box into the same area as old cooler. C. All panel attaching points are to be properly tightened and sealed per manufacture specifications. D. Any and all box perforations are to be sealed properly and inspected. E. Cooler box and refrigeration unit to be installed per factory specifications and with-in all manufacturers, state and local codes. F. Any and all electrical connections are to be done within state code and in a way to maintain the UL listing of the equipment. G. Installation to include fire suppression including new sprinkler heads and required piping required by state code and local fire marshal H. Materials are preferred (but not required) to be GREENGUARD certified and qualify for credits through LEED or other sustainable building programs.
