Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Federally Funded - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Clawson, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between Owner and Contractor. The City of Clawson reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
