Niles High School - Pole Barn Construction. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions should be directed to Dave Daniels - dave.daniels@nilesschools.org The Board of Education of Niles Community Schools is accepting bids for all labor, materials, equipment and all other services to construct a pole barn at Niles High School. All bidders must provide familial disclosure and attach this information to the bid proposal. The bid proposal will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Niles Community Schools, Board of Education or the Niles Community Schools, Superintendent. The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. This project is not a prevailing wage project. All bidders must provide an affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act PA 517 of 2012. The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner. Insurance - The successful Bidder will be required to maintain Liability Insurance, Contractor's Liability for Bodily injury, sickness, disease and property damage and Fire and Extended Insurance in accordance with the General Conditions.
