This is a project funded in part through the Michigan Department of Economic Development's Revitalization and Placemaking (RAP). As such, Davis Bacon wages apply to this contract and should be taken into consideration when responding. The wage determination for this project is# Ml20240078. Niles ODA Main Street reserves the right to accept any proposal in its entirety or in part, whichever is in the best interest of the project as well as to negotiate terms with the successful bidder to address any aspects of the proposal that may need modification or clarification. Niles DOA Main Street reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Niles ODA Main Street Board of Directors is most advantageous to Niles DOA Main Street. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
