The following work is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project, and certain conditions must be adhered to. The contractor is cautioned to verify all site conditions and information listed in these specifications. 1. Remove and replace the entire suspended ceiling tile and grid system. Reinstall all existing lighting, ceiling fans, existing sprinkler heads and trim, exit signs, cameras, and smoke alarms. 2. Remove all unused wiring in the ceiling. Also identify all remaining wiring, security, Wi-Fi, power, etc. 3. Remove and replace the insulation above the suspended ceiling system. 4. Remove and replace the existing duct work, supplies, and returns, above the ceiling work. Install new grills and diffusers as needed for new duct 5. The entire water supply line system is to be removed and replaced from the outside water shut off throughout the interior of the building to all fixtures (replace all angle stops and excursions and supply lines), water heaters (up to or replace shut off or ball valves), Copeland dental air compressor system (up to or replace shut off or ball valves), and all exterior hose bibs Samaritan Health Clinic of Pasco 6. Repair all drywall damaged/disturbed due to plumbing work. Match the existing wall finish and be ready for paint. 7. Furnish two PODS or equal for one month. Furnish labor to move office items to the PODS or other locations in the building.
