The Ville de Mirabel brings together strategic players in the aerospace sector, and offers a vast territory conducive to the deployment of new activities specializing in advanced air mobility. The Ville de Mirabel and its main partners wish to develop a plan to define the foundations of a strategic positioning, aimed at setting up innovative collaborative projects with a high potential for socio-economic impact for the deployment of the Mirabel cluster. The cluster's deployment plan will contain two main mandates: the positioning of the Ville de Mirabel (1) and the business plan for targeted anchor projects related to advanced aerial mobility (2). To this end, the objectives of the general plan must meet the needs of the Cégep de Saint-Jérôme, Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), Aéro Montréal, the Centre d'excellence sur les drones (CED) and the Ville de Mirabel, all of which are stakeholders in the Mirabel cluster. In addition to structuring the cluster, the deployment plan aims to mobilize the various partners in the design, development and implementation of an innovation ecosystem to position Mirabel as a top international destination for advanced air mobility and as a stakeholder in sustainable economic development.
