Preparing the site for prefab restroom installation: Site clearing, demolition and excavation; provide all utilities located 6' outside the building perimeter; contractor to coordinate utility connection with PG&E installation of a finished slab with elevation for the prefabricated building; provide survey for building pad and prefabricated building slab elevation and front corners, provide building front corner stakes with a 10' offset; provide any trench plates necessary for the crane and truck placement within a 35' radius from building; coordinate sewer invert elevation with the Public Restroom Company (PRC) prior to building and sewer installation; verify and coordinate location of existing utilities including water meter size, type and location of existing utilities coming into the building supplied by PRC; prepare site for minimum allowable soil bearing pressure of 1,500 PSF, with subgrade compacted to 90% Maximum Dry Density (MDD); furnish coarse stockpile of sand adjacent to foundation for future use by PRC for utility trench backfill; provide sleeves in footings according to utility location plan foundation plan and locations for utility point of connections in accordance with the plans and specs prepared by Bowman & Williams. The Santa Cruz County Parks Department invites you to review and bid on its Hidden Beach County Park Restroom - Site Work project.
