Remove all existing asphalt roofing down to decking. 2. Provide Ice and water shield at eaves and valleys. 3. Provide 30 pound asphalt impregnated roofing felt. 4. Provide 30 year architectural grade asphalt shingles. 5. Preserve and protect gutters and downspouts. i. Contractor responsible for surveying gutters and downspouts for damage prior to commencement of work. Any gutters / downspouts found damaged after initial survey will be the responsibility of the contractor to replace. 6. Unit Costs i. Unit Cost No. 1: a.
