Reference Number 0000363247 This project is a Wick's Law project and contains bidding opportunities for General, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors. SUMMARY OF WORK: The General (G) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction for an approximately 3,600 square foot new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) including site work, foundations, and interior finishes. (PEMB scope is not in this contract). The Mechanical (H) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery,tools, equipment, and other means of construction for building heat and ventilation including unit heaters,fans, and louvers. The Plumbing (P) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction for building domestic water and sanitary sewer. The Electrical (E) Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction for building power, lighting, and controlsincluding a new 400 amp service and generator. All work is to be substantially completed 300 days after contract execution The City of Albany MWBE Subcontractor and Minority/Women Labor Participation Policy also applies to this project. This contract has a MWBE subcontractor participation goal of 15%. Subcontractorsmay be City or State-Certified MWBEs. Note this percentage is not in addition to the NYSEFC participation. This Contract also has a Minority/Women Labor Participation goal of 30% of the total labor force hours.
